Maya Basic doll pattern

If you love making dolls but don't like sewing parts, you will this pattern for sure.
Pattern for this doll's leg, body, and head is designed to be crocheted all together.
The arms have to be crocheted ahead for later attachment using crochet as you go method.

Gauge: Gauge is not a big deal on this pattern,as long as same size yarn and crochet hook are used for all the pattern pieces.Since tension may vary in different circumstances,i suggest finishing the parts that must be the same such as arms and legs in one sitting.
This pattern is worked from top to bottom by working in continuous round or spiral method.
You can use this pattern to create larger or smaller doll by using bulkier or finer yarn. You  may need to adjust the size or safety eyes.

Pattern is written in US Terminology.

  1. What round do you suggest attaching the arms at as I do not see any mention of attaching them in your pattern? Also, do you leave a long tail to attach them or are they crocheted on in the round?
